Craig Kaplan is Chief Customer Officer at Virbela, a virtual world platform for remote work, learning, and events. Kaplan has more than 20 years of sales and technology leadership experience, collected at both startups and Fortune 500 companies.
Jean-Marc Frangos was in charge of BT Ventures and of Open Innovation for BT (British Telecom) in the Valley and managed technology and R&D Labs on a global scale.
